Welcome to Drift. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Drift mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using Drift, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
By downloading, installing, or using Drift, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Drift. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service. By using Drift, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Drift is a behavioural science-backed check-in app that helps you stay close to the people, habits, and goals that matter most. The Service includes, but is not limited to:
You retain full ownership of all content you create in Drift, including check-in notes, voice memos, photos, and any other personal data you provide ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Content. We do not monitor, endorse, or take responsibility for User Content.
Drift's AI-powered features — including coaching messages, weekly insights, behavioural experiments, and nudges — are generated using artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude via AWS Bedrock). These features are provided for informational and motivational purposes only.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content. You acknowledge that AI features are tools to support reflection and habit-building, not authoritative guidance.
Drift offers a free tier with core functionality and an optional premium subscription ("Drift Premium") that unlocks AI-powered features.
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store via RevenueCat. All billing, charges, and payment processing are handled by the respective app store. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial expires.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund policies are governed by the terms of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as applicable.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service — including the app design, code, branding, logos, illustrations, animations, and underlying technology — are owned by Scratch Frameworks Pte Ltd or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, trade names, or branding without prior written consent.
The behavioural science frameworks, drift scoring algorithms, and AI prompt engineering used in the Service are proprietary to Scratch Frameworks Pte Ltd.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scratch Frameworks Pte Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the app, or by emailing support@driftflow.org.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Scratch Frameworks Pte Ltd regarding your use of the Service. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
